About the event
We are excited to bring our first major weightlifting event to Chalmette. The Battle of New Orleans Liftoff is a USAW sanctioned meet (sanctioned and non-sanctioned athletes welcome) and will be held on January 8th at Val Riess Complex. All levels are welcomed.
DIVISIONS: Lifters of all age groups are welcome to compete. Results will be quickly submitted to USAW following the conclusion of the event.
SCHEDULE: To be determined based on the total number of lifters in each category. But we will begin our Women's Session at 10AM; so weighs-in will be at 8AM.
AWARDS: Awards to the top 3 male and female lifters of each division.
Registration is 70$.
